About the job:

After a very busy start to 2021, Opus People Solutions are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. We are looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who can evidence a strong track record of delivering permanent recruitment solutions to the private sector.

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role is to manage and develop the working relationship with our candidates across the East of England as well grow and build working relationships with new and current clients.

We are looking for a driven individual who will be able to handle & commit to the pressure to meet daily, weekly monthly & annual targets, that will provide the input the business needs and in return you will yield the financial, & development rewards from all your contributions.

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience within the private sector
  • A proven track record of billings and hitting targets
  • Experience developing growth strategies for your client portfolio
  • The ability to identify the critical needs within a business and provide suitable solutions
  • First class candidate management skills and a proven ability to manage a range of candidates through the recruitment process
