About the job:

We are currently recruiting for a Specialist Services Coordinator to join an award-winning design and property business in Ipswich. You will play an important role in coordinating a range of specialist surveys and advisors on projects to offer its clients a full turn-key solution.

  • Support on all aspects relating to specialist service coordination including liaising with clients to develop briefs
  • Act as first point of contact and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients and suppliers
  • Undertake market research
  • Produce industry standard tender packages
  • Monitor and manage costs, quality and timescales against project briefs.
  • Develop and implement effective documentation
  • Negotiate and procure works from suppliers and advisors
  • Previous experience in a consultancy practice or large contractor
  • Qualification and or experience in design, property or a construction related professional area is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and an ability to work under pressure
  • Fully competent in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
