Role: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Location: the Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool area, will need a drivers license (work van will be provided, along with a fuel card)
Salary: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 20 hours a week (predominantly 2pm-6pm)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to ensure our clients' environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning tools and products.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times to create a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
- Assist with inventory management by ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and stored correctly.
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Basic driving skills are preferred for roles involving travel between sites; a valid driving licence is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
