Mobile Caretaker - £12.41 per Hour | Permanent | 30 Hours per Week (Split Shifts)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management company, for a dependable and flexible Mobile Caretaker to support a number of school sites. This is a permanent position on a 30-hour weekly contract, working split shifts to provide cover for absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general caretaking duties including cleaning, basic maintenance, and ensuring site safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of school premises.
- Travel between school sites to provide cover as required.
- Report maintenance issues and complete routine checks and documentation.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
- Flexibility to work split shifts and respond to short-notice schedule changes.
- Previous experience in caretaking or facilities roles is desirable.
- A proactive, trustworthy, and self-motivated approach.
- An Enhanced DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
