Vaughan Graham

​Vaughan is a recruitment consultant who joined Opus in March 2020 bringing with him a variety of experience from his previous role recruiting within the social work sector. From recruiting front line social workers, to managing the registration of all new starters within the business then onto managing the vendor services for the North.

With a deep understanding of the recruitment process he is passionate about the candidates journey and making it as smooth and well informed for all involved. He is responsible for the Children’s Locum recruitment for Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Northamptonshire Councils.

Outside of work, Vaughan enjoys socialising with friends, seeing family, playing football and watching F1.
